Shakti Sunfire is such a joy to watch. She’s a beautiful teacher and I learned so much from her at Hoop Convergence.
I had a delightful time early this morning groovin’ with my hoop to some very loud Led Zeppelin. I hope my neighbors didn’t mind the rock concert next door!
