Hoop Sign Spotted at the Arboretum – Ok this isn’t the actual photo – got it from the net – if I slowed down enough on HWY 51 to take a picture I probably would have caused an accident. Who is the Southeast Charlotte Hooper that smacked the sign with a hoop decal? Believe it or not it wasn’t me!
